Mr. Sheely’s interest in photography began in the mid 1980’s. Eventually, he enrolled in the Visual Arts/Photography Program at Harrisburg Area Community College, and in 1995 he graduated having earned a Certificate of Proficiency in the Visual Arts/Photography. He, his wife, and their cat reside in Littlestown, PA which is located in South Central PA near the somewhat well known community of Gettysburg, PA.
